/></section></section></section><section><section><section><p><strong>工作流程</strong></p></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><p>坚持“双线融合”，线上线下一体化同步推进，通过办公协同一体化、网上数据一体化、赔付标准统一化，全要素互联互通，构建了“网上数据一体化处理平台”，形成覆盖纠纷处理全流程的一站式多元解纷体系，实现了数据联通共享。道交法庭自2019年1月至2022年1月，通过“网上数据一体化平台”及微信群与保险公司进行线上证据交换2300余件，在线调解案件890余件。</p><p> /></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><p>在市委的大力支持下，将法院、交警、人民调解、保险理赔等单位整合到交通事故调处中心一幢大楼内办公，并制定联动工作办法，建立联席会议制度，对案件流转、在线鉴定、司法确认、办理时限、疑难复杂案件联调等进行明确，既统分结合，又无缝衔接，改变了以往部门间单打独斗的窘困局面，让老百姓真正体会到了“一条龙”式解决道交纠纷的方便快捷。自2019年1月至2022年1月，道交法庭共诉内处理案件2700余件，诉外处理案件1500余件，2019年至2021年结案率均为100%。</p><p> /></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section><section><p>让群众满意</p></section></section><section><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><section><p>积极推行“送达地址确认前置、鉴定前置、调解前置、做好诉前保全、立案服务前置、重大案件介入提前”的六个前置和“首接负责、繁简分流、快立快调；微信送达、集约排期、快送快排；要素审理、文书瘦身、快审快判；先予执行、解燃眉之急、快速赔偿”四个快处理集成式模式，繁简分流诉调对接，引导当事人通过一体化平台解决纠纷，最大程度避免了纠纷搁置，办案效率大幅度提升，让群众尽快拿到赔偿款，群众获得感、幸福感不断增强，满意度进一步提高。</p></section></section></section></section>
